At KrishnaStore.ca you will find everything you need to practice Krishna Consciousness at home including the original books and teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).

When you shop at KrishnaStore.ca your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied you are free to return any product for a full refund within 30 days.

Custom orders including prints, canvas prints and Deities larger than 10" are specially made-to-order and are therefore not covered by this. They can be replaced if they are faulty but returns are not possible on custom order items.

To return items you must first get a return authorization from our Customer Support Help Desk. Please do not return any items without this authorization as we have to provide you with the address to return the items to. We can not refund any items that are returned without authorization.

Shipping Methods

Over the years we have discovered our customers generally prefer the most reliable and economical shipping methods and do not mind waiting a few extra days to receive their order to save significantly on the shipping cost. So our shipping policy aims to provide you with very reliable shipping with reasonable prices. We do not generally offer express, overnight or two-day shipping, our standard shipping methods are the most reliable and economical ones so please allow at least two weeks from the shipment date for receiving your order.

KrishnaStore.ca ships from warehouses in different locations depending on the product so if you order more than one item you may receive more than one shipment and they may arrive at different times. We ship many tems directly from Vrindavan by registered air mail or courier which typically takes about two weeks to arrive from the shipment date. The actual shipping time is not in our control, it depends on the postal and courier services, and can sometimes take a bit longer. We also ship some items directly from the United States via USPS Global Priority Mail.

VAT & Customs Duties: Our prices do not include VAT & customs duties. It is possible that your country may add some charges to items that we ship from outside the country. This is completely out of our control and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges if they are made by your government.
